If you have to (or want to) carry a lot of stuff through the deepest wilderness, then strap the Cerro Torre 100:120 backpack from Lowe Alpine to your back. The Cerro Torre is a true veteran of trekking backpacks and is designed with plenty of volume for heavy loads.

Thanks to the VT Flex™ back system you can not only adjust the length to suit you, the carrying system has a great load distribution, takes a lot of weight in the hips and relieves your shoulders. You can even extend the length of the hip belt.

Besides many external pockets to organise your stuff, the Cerro Torre 100:120 backpack also has a front access so you don't have to rummage around for a long time when you're looking for something. If the 100 litres are not enough for you, you can expand the main compartment by another 20 litres via the height-adjustable lid.

You can also remove the lid completely and wear it as a standalone backpack when the camp is set and you want to explore the surroundings.
