<p>For mountaineers and trekking enthusiasts who venture out even in adverse weather conditions, Black Diamond’s Mission gaiters are a cleverly designed choice. These high-cut winter gaiters are made from a three-layer, waterproof GORE-TEX® fabric.</p> <p>They offer both waterproofing and breathability, which is particularly beneficial during intense mountain routes. The gaiters are kit out with a welded abrasion guard. This protects the material from the sharp edges of crampons and skis, ensuring that functionality is maintained even with frequent contact.</p> <p>The removable and replaceable strap for securing the ski boot allows for easy repair during routes should a strap ever become damaged. Central fastener straps ensure a custom fit around the calf, while the buckle closure at the top provides additional support.</p>
