<p data-start="396" data-end="814">The men's GTX ePE 3L Shell Jacket Z-2 from The Mountain Studio was developed for intense days in alpine terrain - whether touring, freeriding or on challenging off-piste descents. The hardshell is made from the new PFAS-free GORE-TEX ePE 3-layer laminate and offers uncompromising protection against wind, snow and wet conditions - with excellent breathability at the same time.</p> <p data-start="816" data-end="1136">Despite its robustness, the jacket impresses with a comfortable, lightweight and supple feel. A soft flannel lining increases comfort during long periods of wear or physically demanding ascents. This makes it equally suitable for lift access in the ski area and for long touring days in the backcountry.</p> <p data-start="1138" data-end="1515">Two generous chest pockets and two zippered pockets on the front offer space for important items such as a map, bars or skins. Underarm ventilation zippers ensure quick air circulation when things get sweaty. The helmet-compatible storm hood has a large cut, is fully adjustable and provides reliable protection against wind and driving snow.</p> <p data-start="1517" data-end="1735">The jacket is designed as a pure shell jacket and is ideal for layering - whether with a lightweight mid layer or an insulating down jacket.
