Elixir 3 Tent

The MSR Elixir 3 is aimed at groups of adventurers or couples who need a little more space - whether for longer trekking tours, paddling trips or comfort-oriented camping for three. Thanks to its robust workmanship, clever space concept and easy handling, it has been a favorite among outdoor enthusiasts for years. The free-standing construction with aluminum poles and color-coded clips makes pitching quick and easy, even in adverse conditions. Inside, the tent offers enough space for three standard sleeping mats, each 63 cm wide. The steep side walls and the raised roof area ensure that sitting and changing are comfortable. The inner tent combines breathable mesh with opaque fabric - for a good balance of ventilation, warmth and privacy. Two opposing doors with StayDry™ design make it easier to get in and out of the tent and prevent moisture from getting in thanks to the rain gutter. The two spacious vestibules create additional storage space for equipment, shoes or rucksacks. The flysheet is made of durable ripstop polyester with a 1500 mm water column, while the groundsheet has a 3000 mm PU coating and is particularly well equipped to withstand soaked ground. MSR uses solution-dyed materials for the Elixir 3, which require less water and energy during production and are therefore significantly more environmentally friendly. Inside, several mesh pockets, cable grommets and fastening options ensure order and easy organization. A matching footprint is already included in the scope of delivery - so the tent floor remains protected and the tent can also be set up in Fast & Light mode if required.
