Description

The women's Glacier Expedition sleeping bag from Mountain Equipment is by far the warmest item made from the Glacier series and its intended use is clear from its name. Whether with the pulka through the Arctic or in the last camp before the 8000 meter summit, the down sleeping bag keeps adventurers warm through the night down to -35 degrees in the limit range. The Glacier Expedition does not give in to robust wind and moisture in the tent. Protected by the windproof and great water-repellent Drilite® outer material (water column of 1,500 mm), it defies even the most difficult conditions and weighs just 2080 g.
<p

In order to prevent cold spots, the sleeping bag has trapezoidal chambers, which means that the gaps between the chambers are always properly covered with down. The anatomically shaped hood and foot box as well as the down-lined cover strip on the zipper also help to ensure optimum heat management. With the Expedition-Fit cut, Mountain Equipment gives the sleeping bag additional space, which allows you to wear additional layers of insulation, while the extra space in the foot area can be used for cold-sensitive equipment. The Glacier Expedition comes with a waterproof stuff sack and storage bag.
<p
