The Vassi GTX Pro II jacket from Haglöfs was developed for freeriders who demand the highest standards of functionality, protection and durability. It combines a particularly hard-wearing GORE-TEX Pro 3-layer laminate with cleverly designed features for use in deep alpine snow - whether on routes in the backcountry or freeriding on technically demanding terrain. The material offers you reliable, long-lasting protection from wind, snow and rain - and is so breathable that you won't overheat, even on intense ascents. The helmet-compatible hood is multi-adjustable and features a reinforced visor to ensure a clear view even in stormy conditions. The high collar provides effective protection from frosty winds and snowdrifts. The jacket has strategically placed ventilation zippers under the arms for optimum thermal-regulation, as well as pockets specially designed for avalanche equipment, radio or ski pass. An integrated snow guard and the extended back offer additional protection in deep powder. With its sport-oriented, loose cut, the Vassi GTX Pro II fits perfectly over a mid layer and back protector. Reflective details also ensure excellent visibility in low light conditions - a cleverly designed extra for alpine safety.
