<p>The Brooks women's Cascadia 19 GTX trail running shoe continues the proven line of stable all-rounders in mountain running and is even more versatile, comfortable and durable in the waterproof version. Whether gravel, forest trails or rocky mountain trails - with this shoe you will find secure support and reliable cushioning on any surface.</p> <p>Thanks to the waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex&reg; Invisible Fit, the all-terrain running shoe also scores points in wet and cold fall and winter weather, and you can also wear it as a sport-oriented speed hiking shoe.</p> <p>A key element of the update is the newly developed Trail Adapt System. It combines the particularly flexible Ballistic Rock Shield protective plate with the DNA Loft v3 midsole used throughout - a nitrogen-enriched cushioning foam that is not only particularly soft, but also reactive and durable. Thanks to an increased sole structure compared to its predecessor (+2 mm in the heel, +4 mm in the forefoot), you benefit from even more comfort on long distances.</p> <p>The proven profile of the TrailTack Green outsole ensures reliable traction thanks to 4.5 mm lugs, even in wet or changeable terrain. With 25% recycled content, the outsole also helps to conserve resources. Recycled materials have also been integrated into the mesh upper with a protective mudguard, without compromising on durability or flexibility.</p> <p>The Cascadia 19 GTX scores particularly well on varied trails with a balanced mix of protection, dynamism and sustainability.
